Yo! Whenever i try to OP myself or anyone else on my own server, it doesnt work. I cant use any commands at all 
. Please help

Which message appears in the console when you type the /op command in the console?

Ah okay, the problem is PermissionsEx. OPs don't have access to Pex so you need Pex permissions.
For example you can use this command to give you permission to every plugin: /pex user TheCookieCookie add * (make sure that you run this command with the console)//EDIT

The command is /pex user TheCookieCookie add *
Don't miss the *. The * gives you access to all permissions. -

I added the * but nothing changed.
