Under snapshots, the software that updates weekly isn't updating anymore, It had updated from 21w13a to 21w14a.. but now its been two updates and it hasn't updated. Why can this be happening?

do u use spigot or complete vanilla?

21w14a worlds are incompatible with the new snapshot versions, since Mojang reverted the world generation changes. Therefore, servers using that version are not updated automatically.
You can manually install 21w16a, but this will cause your world to be reset.
