I was on my lovely server but as I uploaded Dream smp/city maps I get kicked why? also mobs freeze

the message is displayed "you are logged in from another location" or something like java exception or else, log is clear!

it happens when I use vanilla in my server if I use spigot then the kick is delayed

spigot server with the plaugins "clearlagg" "holoGraphicdisplays" and "pixel printer"

server port: 15427
that's all I could find!
