server with mods crashes suddenly

lately my mods server with friends has been stopping suddenly without any apparent reason, sometimes it comes out that it crashes and other times it just comes out that it is turned off, recently I tried to turn on and enter, but as soon as I enter after a while it takes me out and closes automatically, without saying that it crashes, anyway here is the log to see if I can help me https://mclo.gs/wEx6ASq
