My server keeps crashing

i have been trying to get my server to open for the past days and it keeps crashing i have a some mods on and it give's me this log every time but we all know none of us knows how to read that that's why i am here so if anyone knows what to do comment here is the log, https://mclo.gs/d7WAZ97
