I have a fabric server and I'm trying to reset nether but it doesn't work (I have deleted DIM-1 file). If this information helps I have imported world from my singleplayer.

What do you use to determine that it didn't work.

That doesn't answer the question.
Did you build something in the nether that is not gone after the reset?
Is it just the same generated world, but without buildings?
Is everything (also your buildings and modifications to the world) still the same?

Then that's intended. You'll always get the same nether as the seed does not change.
