Help I can't connect in my server

Hello, i can't connect to my server i don't know why please help me !

I can't see, my server is already stopped because I can'ted connect in my server

When I want to connect to my server, in my minecraft it say : Internal Exeption: io.netty.handler.codec.DEcoderException : Badly compressed packet - siez of 194041841 is larger than protocol maximum of 2097125

But my server is online and when aternos is online I can't connect on my server. And this isn't the only server.
