The server ejects me soon

Upon entering my server I can play normal, but soon I check. It is not that the server is closed and only happens to me as a friend is not expelled.

If i change, my friends cant enter. I need other option.

i try in premium mode and my problem continue.

My account is premium, i can play in server but only can play 1 or 2 minutes then server kick me.

The server log is equal. In minecraft said timed out

My internet is 30 MB and server no is overload.
