Joining Problems on paid java

So I have the actually paid version of Java

I tried to join my friend's server which, keep in mind, he is a cracked user
It stated when it was offline or starting, but it won't work when it's online and display "couldn't connect to the server". Same happens to my server that has cracked enabled. Only mod/plugin used is WorldEdit. Please help.

And yes, I even tried the Dyn IP.

It runs on Spigot 1.16.5, mayhaps that's the issue.
It appears when it's offline or starting, but when it should be online, it just connects for a bit and then displays the io.netty error.

So I added the port to it, it lets me be on it for a bit and then disconnects me with "Disconnected: Timed Out"
