i added my Sildurs Shaders resource pack to my packs and it didnt load up the resources in my server world?why's that?

Shaders are client-side.

client-side means that a mod/addon or -in your case - shader pack is not required on the server.

Client Side means that the software you download is running on your client, basically the things running on your device, shaders are supposed to be ran Client-Side, instead of Server Side, which is the server that Aternos provides.
If you want to install a shader, you would have to download optifine for the version of minecraft you playing on, here is a guide
