Resource pack isn't appearing

I'm trying to use a resource pack i got for a datapack. Datapack works fine, the dropbox link's =0 is a =1 now. It still isn't working.

It was a zero and it didn't work, then i changed it to one and it didnt work

I've configured and installed a different resource pack and it worked lol. thanks guys
