After the server automatically updated its version and we updated ours we still couldn't connect to the server Because of mod mismatch

You can install different versions of the modpack on your computer.
This is done in the launcher you use to play the modpack. You have to make sure that the modpack on your computer is running on the same version as the server.

Try reinstalling All the Mods 6 - To the Sky - ATM 6, Delete ExCompressum, MiningGadgets & some other mods;
