I can't connect to my aternos server when I use the Ip address. However if I use the dynamic ip Address it work. Do you know why this is happening?

Because you said you have issues connecting to your server?
Especially if the DynIP works, but the normal IP does not its typically related to DNS issues.

Should I set it to an automatic DNS Server?

No, you should use google's DNS as described above
