World, Backups and files menus doesn't load on the website

An error occurred when I try to install a mod or recently turn on the server

This when I try to go to files, backups, or world in the aternos website, but it is supposed to be solved

Primal winter, but it didn't work with other mods neither. For some reason I just was able to access to files and install the mods when the server was starting
