Your server data got corrupted somehow which requires manual intervention from staff (to make it not worse).

I did see a new backup called "Created by Support" which must have been from you guys, well thanks!
Yes, I do always do that (if possible) in precedence before modifying anything on a users server.
But restoring that would bring the corrupted server files back.
