io.netty.channel$AnnotatedConnectExpection: Connection timed out: no further information

I am not able to join the server throught the orignal ip but throught thr dynip can someone tell me why am i not able to join throught the normal ip?

i have changed the dns settings

still facing the smae problem it works fine in 1.16.5
