He has harvestcraft installed but your server has not.
The mod collection must be exactly the same.

Please take a screenshot of the installed mods on client and server.

Custom mob spawner is on client, but not on server
CTM is on server, but not on client
Also make sure you're using the same forge version

I'm using version 1.12.2 and I added CTM to my client and Custom mob spawner to the server, but I still get the "Fatally missing registry entries", or I get "Failed to connect to the server; Disconnected" And here are the updated screenshots

Try deleting the config folder again on client and server again.
If the issue persists try removing mod by mod
