sthe server is always marked as 'offline'

My friend's multiplayer server IP is LunarMoon.aternos.me

Whenever it's online, it always says that it's offline. I've tried to copy and paste the IP several times but it always says its offline. Because of this, I cant play on the server. Maybe there are 2 servers with the exact same IP?
