I can't join my friend's server

I have a laptop with windows 11 insider preview and I can't connect to my friend's server (1.17, minecraft Java) , it shows me the error io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception, but the error only shows up in this server, in others like hypixel I have no problems.

I'm not using Tlauncher, I'm using minecraft launcher. I have Java updated and I restarted my pc like 100 times.
