did you upload your map in a zip file? if not, you got to zip your map folder and then upload it

To zip you world:
Rightclick on the map's folder > Send to > ZIP-Comp... and upload the generated file -
Make sure your world is packed in a zip file and does not exceed the upload limit of 100MB. Also make sure that your world file name and zip file name do not contain any spaces or special characters.
