ill wait through the queue and when its done the server status will say "Starting..." and never load. Then after a while it will go Offline. Can anyone help me with this?!

Hmmm... maybe i'ts an display bug, try to connect to your server when it's write "Starting" because I remember that servers gone always offline after 5 minutes of inactivity

I wait until it goes offline.

Can you try to get your server log while it's starting? Maybe there's an error which causes your server to crash.

I know what is wrong because this happened to me.
If you haven't fixed it yet go to your server log and see what it says while the server is doing the 'starting' thing.
If it say crash report saved to ...
Stopping server and so on (I forgot)
This means it is still not going to start until you create a new world (weird world corruption)
Press upload and create a NEW world. Then start your server again and it will work FINE
If you want to save your world as a backup in case it goes corrupt press download and it will save as a .zip file. If your world later goes corrupt press upload and put in your downloaded .zip file (recommended to make a backup every time you finish with your server)Hope it helped
Btw when it happened to me I even tried a new account but I reuploaded the corrupt world and it didn't start. -
