Server closing after a few minutes in

my friend and i got disconnected from the server after a few minutes in,we tried getting in for a few times,and the result is the same

the log says it might be overloaded and i don't know what's causing the overload

not sure,sometimes it's server timed out

sometimes it's io.netty whatsoever

and before you ask,no i didn't use any mod
