So we were getting wither skulls in the fortress but barely any wither skeletons spawned. Same with zombified piglins. What's causing this?

1. Make sure /gamerule doMobSpawning is true.
2. Make sure the ‘Monster’ and ‘Animal’ settings are enabled in the options page.
3. Make sure the difficulty is not on peaceful.

Same issue, the only fix i've found is making a new world but I can't do that cuz my worlds special :C
