Ive got a question

this question was in the past, i was gonna ask i was in t-launcher and i installed forge mods on my previous aternos server i had the verison of the forge verision so i tried to connect to the server but some message said i couldnt and i had to get forge can you solve this? i want to play mods with my friend on forge

i really want to play with forge mods but im t-launcher please solve this
