Try putting your game difficulty to peaceful which should kill all the mobs including the entity which is being ticked. Once all the mobs get killed and the server stops crashing change the difficulty to what you wish to keep.

Go in creative and tp to -301.97, 67.00, 191.90 then kill a zombie which is located at that exact coordinates then see if your server crashes or not

It's not exactly from a certain zombie, he can kill me at any point and the server goes down, and if I kill him all will be fine

I can't really tell what's causing the problem.
Mods are very complicated, and there are lots of different reasons why they might not work as expected. It is simply impossible for us to help every user with mod problems. We only see the same logs as you do and can only try to google for a solution. But Aternos has millions of users and lots of different problems every day, so it's hard to help everyone with that. You can either try to find a solution yourself or use a different server software, e.g. Vanilla. Sorry about that, but I hope you understand the situation.
