Out of memory error - PaperMC 1.17.1

So for awhile my server crashes after 1 - 2 hours of being for usually "Out of memory"

My server software is PaperMC 1.17.1 with a good amount of plugins. It usually stays at 20 tps only after 1 - 2 hours tps drops fast and kicks everybody out of the server without letting anybody back in or it just crashes. Currently i dont have the log of when the server crashed but the crash usually ends with Exception in thread \"jolokia-3\" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace.

sry for taking awhile to respond. Sorry but i dont have the log of when the server crashed due to this problem. Since the server crashes periodically because of this problem and after the server starts again the log of the crash is gone. Idk how to share the logs if their already gone

Alr the server just crashed but i dont think its because of memory. By the logs it seems to be a problem with essentials ill just leave the link here if this is any relevant to the problem.

The server crashed (Mostly just stopped responding and we had to stop the server)
Dont know if this is relevant either, but before the crash it shared an error regarding "memory"

After the reading the logs, it shows the server is out of memory

which even after reading a few aternos guides i cant find another way to remove memory without resetting too many stuff on the server

I have tried to remove plugins but it isnt working, this is happening abit frequently now after around 15 - 30 minutes it just crashes or just stays at a very low tps which makes people unable to enter\

Is there any advice anybody can give me to remove abit of memory?

It shows it as that but i was on that server everybody got disconnected and was unable to connect so i had to manually restart the server..

A single bad coded plugin? Alright ill try removing the plugins 1 by 1
