I have a server set up for me and multiple friends and recently it's started acting up for one friend specifically. Before this my friend had no problem joining, and it isn't just my server specifically, as they couldn't join a different person's Aternos server either. My other friends have no trouble joining the server and neither do I, we have no idea how to fix this and it's annoying. The error that pops up when my friend tries to join looks like this:
We asked another person what they thought might be going on and they said it was something to do with the firewall? To be completely honest I know nothing about how firewalls work and they did not want to turn theirs off so I'm not sure what to do here. Any help is appreciated. (Would also like to clarify we are both running on Windows 10 computers. If you need information about the server itself I can provide it.)
