My minecraft server was on forge 1.17.1 and I put it in forge 1.18 but a lot of objects got randomized same for the mobs sounds I don't know how to fix it. I download the world and put it in singleplayer and I didn't have the issue but my world is 4000 mb so I can't put download it on an other aternos server.

I'd recommend you to restore a backup and stay on 1.17.1 if you're on Forge.
You may want to try again if Forge released a recommended build for 1.18
