server don't log after Searching /server/./mods for mods

my server load and turn on but no way to join, the console don't react and it stop at searshing /server/./mods for mods and then nothing.

excuse me, i send the console because i wasn't knowing that there weren't the same, so ist start, the console say all the thing that i put above after log: that i will change in console: the it start but nothing change in the console and its said that "server on" in minecraft but no way to enter, its say something that i don't have right now and i will put it later the error, thanks for help
