My friend tries to join my server but everytime he joins using both the dyn ip and the regular ip he times out please help.

What Roman said is probably true, your friend likely has a bad internet connection.
There shouldn't be any connection problems on Aternos' side, because I can connect and I have horrible internet.
Unless you don't live in the U.S or Europe, but you didn't mention you not being able to connect, so I figure that's not the case.Salim69 that won't help.
