So today i was whitelisting people for my server then the whole whitelist list got cleared of all it users. I then refreshed and restarted the server and the whole list was still cleared of it user and i start whitelisting everyone again and boom it happened again. Can someone explain what might have happened?

Someone might be clearing the whitelist.

The server doesn't delete them itself, do you restart your server after adding people?

You or one of the users with shared access probably manually modified the whitelist file on the files page and failed... like corrupting syntax etc.
