So my friend has a server, and i wanted to make a hub so both of are servers could be there, but i dont know what plugin to use or what will work or how to? i need help now!
How do you send players to other servers?

You can't do that with just a plugin. You need a proxy software like BungeeCord.
Aternos does not support BungeeCord.
