I have been creating a minecraft server for some while, but the pex prefixes still don't work. Below is an image of my permissions file and could you please tell me why it isn't working!

On my Server it is only working when I'm installing Essentials Chat and Vault

What chat managers would you suggest?

Just try out some or research, I can't give a recommendation. I always used Essentials GroupManager and EssentialsChat myself.

2 more things i need to ask:
- Does Essentials GroupManager and EssentialsChat come from Essentials plugin?
- DO you also use permissionsEx? -
Essentials Group Manager has to be installed separately, EssentialsChat is included in the original Essentials package.
I also use PermissionsEX sometimes, but without a chat manager.

if you just want to use PermissionsEx, use bchatmanager with a B in the first
