After I get my server and it goes into starting, it just continues to say starting until it starts to say stopping. This usually happens after a long queue (60+ min) and sometimes I can get on it but in a moment it closes down.

This occurs sometimes with resource intensive modpacks. It has nothing to do with the length of the queue.
Please make sure that there are no errors in the console or a message with instructs you to type /fml confirm into the console. -
