Server Offline On Website

Hi I'm new to the website and its saying that my server is offline on the website and ingame how do I go about getting my server online both ingame and on the website

You have to join the queue and wait until the left box turns green.
After that you have some time to verify your server by clicking the right box. When both boxes are green you can start your server.
