Make sure JavaScript is activated in your web browser. Before the waiting time gets to 0 you have to confirm that you are still present.

It should change shortly before the waiting time gets to 0.

Go to the files & plugin page and click on install plugins.
Also make sure that you have a server software installed which supports plugins. -
