Hey,
When I click on the 'download world' nothing happens, my server is offline and there has been no issues. Any other way to get the world file?

Your world is 1.7GB big, thats very very big.
It may work if you click download and wait a long time. Don't click download again and don't reload the page.
Your map needs to be moved through our system to specific servers, this may take while. After that the download will start automatically. -
