I want to start a new server on mohist with my friends, (some of us are on Tlauncher), and i am the only one that has tried to join yet but when i try to join this pops up, also here's the log if you need it

Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here

You probably don't have the same mod collection on your computer as on the server. Note that also the versions of the installed mods must match

yeah i already checked and they all perfectly match, maybe they gotta be named the same? because there's some variants in the names but they are definitely the same versions, could it be optifine?

It would seem like Dragon Mounts and Geckolib are the problem, not sure how to fix that though. You could remove them or just try a different version.

Does the issue persist if you try joining the server without optifine?

Try deleting the config folder which is located in the minecraft installation path and if the issue persists then try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue
