can't join modded server

    Me and my friend wanted to try a modded server, so I made one and for some reason, in the server list it says that the server has an incompatible version and is "old", while the server and I are both running Forge 36.2.34 and Minecraft 1.16.5.


    Also, when I try to join it says that the server is still starting, while it is already online.

    Your server is running out of memory. Try removing few mods till the server stops crashing and try installing the latest version of performant
