i've been using the server hosting for a while now and i really enjoy it, but today for some reason all players that try to connect get a "timed out" message or,
after a few times of trying to connect, "http://java.net.connectExeption: Connection refused :no further information",my username is modexs and would love if you could help in a way!

Just restart your server and try to join it later again.

Which version is installed on your client and on your server?

So, is your server marked as online in your inGame serverlist?
Can you show us a screenshot of the settings you have entered(ip etc,) and the serverlist itself (with motd, server-icon.) while your server is online.Maybe you could also try to reinstall your client.

Whatever u using just config loginsecurity or authme login timeout in config.yml
