Whenever I stop or restart my server it deops me meaning that I have to reop myself each time.
I am playing ATL Revenge of the C-Team 0.6 (Minecraft version 1.7.10).

You probably added the op name through the web interface – that function is still a little buggy, but we're working on it. If you want the name to stay on the list, rather add it through in game commands (/op PlayerName) while your server is online.
