On, Sunday, for some reason my server reset and i lost my world, when i try to reinstall the save, it won't let me. is there a way to fix this?

Why won't it let you? Is there an error message? If you downloaded your world before you may upload it again.

Obviously the world is too large. The upload limit is at 100 Megabytes. You can try to reduce the size of your world by deleting chunks using third party apps like MCEdit.

Maybe the world is even too large for MCEdit (your PC might be too weak to be able to open it).

Except of that what Andreas already said there is no possibilty to upload your map again.
