Whenever I try to join my server, it says "Server is still starting! Please wait before reconnecting." but the server isn't starting up
I have a modded server (via forge)
Whenever I try to join my server, it says "Server is still starting! Please wait before reconnecting."

That's common Forge thing. Usually you only have to try joining again a bit later.
If that doesn't work it might help to remove mods.

This also happened to me. If you go to the title screen and then go back into multiplayer, it should fix itself and let you join the server.
