Nether portal on mcpe server

Is anybody know how to create a nether portal and enter it in mcpe server? I made one but i can’t get into it!!!

When i came into the portal, it didn’t have the nausea effect and i waited for about 2 minutes but it didn’t teleport me to the nether. My friends tried to do it but still can’t!

Unfortunately there's nothing really we can not out of recommending you to update.

Bedrock is a black-box. No one knows how it works under the hood and why issues occur.

Some friends of mine told me that i should check the server.properties file and turn the nether potal to on but when i touch it, it doesn’t have that option. Can you check it pls?

I found the reason. My backpack addon somehow make the nether portal didn’t work when i put backpack on. Thanks for ur help
