the mod creates a folder in the root folder, in order for people to put in custom hero packs for the mod to use, would this be fixable so that the folder is indeed created?

Packs for Fisk's Superheroes Mod can contain custom code that could be used to exploit our system. We therefore can't allow uploads to that folder.
