I'm going to start my server with mods, but when I start it it crashes and this appears in the console

I have the forge and everything installed, so I don't understand, could someone help me? Thank you 
Try installing a newer version of Forge
Maybe touching some mod's configs you deleted the configuration of forge, have you got a lastest backup or something?
I've done that, but it doesn't change
Which version of Forge is installed now?

I was going to start it, that's why I don't have a backup
For whatever reason the mod apexcore crashes the server in a way that it is not identifyable from the log.
Remove it.
You still have some other incompatibilities, but you'll see them in the log then.
