Basically, I need to use world edit, as I try to enter the server it always kicks me out, when Im playing alone. Any suggestion would come handy.

Which error message did you get?
Also in your screenshot your server is marked as offline, make sure your server is online when you try to join it. -
When does the issue happen? Directly after logging into the server or after some time of playing on the server?
Can you make a screenshot?

Are there any errors in your console? Did you already try to connect over the DynIP?

The issue seems to be very strange. And we are not able to reproduce it.
This really only happens if you play alone on your server? -
Ive had the same issue. I can get on for a little bit but after about an hour, i would get the same message, then every time i try to get on it prevents me from doing so. Even when i turn off the server for a couple hours it still gives me the same message.

Try uninstalling your plugins. Maybe one of your plugins causes errors.
If that doesn't work, you can try using spigot instead of bukkit. -
