That's not how you share your log.
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here. -
Remove the plugins one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a plugin from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the plugin you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:

I try delete all plugins and its not working, my server still error

Delete all unused worlds, mods
Also try deleting heavy mods

ClearLagg will not help, it only clear dropped items, it doesn't really remove lag
changing timeout-time will not affect the server, it will still crash, it only will not kick players

And Free up some RAM
And Increasing Timeout Will Show Some Large Lag Spikes
But The Lag Will Disappear In some secondsAnd The Server starts responding after it
