Server stopped working out of nowhere and refuses to connect, please help

I made a server yesterday, and it was working fine, checked today, played for a few seconds then got kicked out and it no longer will connect at all, says its refusing connection. I tried the Dyn IP, I tried making a whole new server and its not working. please help.

Using Tlauncher, forge, optifine and 1.19 Java

I tried also removing forge and optifine and just playing vanilla but still doesn't work

yeah I tried again to make a new one and deleted the og, but as soon as I did that the server changed to this.

now it goes online when I turn the server on but It won't allow me to connect cause it says incompatible version. I got the settings to cracked also but still won't work
