You see that blue thing that says "New / Upload"?
click on it
1st. It will say "Seed" You right "Flat"
2nd.Dont Enable Hardcore
3rd.It will say worldtype
Click on the "Default" and put "Flat"
and down it will say "Generate World" click it
and you must wait a little bit
and you will start your server and find the world you wanted to be

Click on the download button and wait.
Don't reload the page, don't click the download button again.
It may take some time until the download starts -
@hussainmhh He wants to know how to download the world, not how to create a new one.
